You can manually renew the Maintenance Certificate and remove duplicates in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad License Key application as follows：

1. Open the License Keys application https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/licensekey/wizard
2. Search/select the installation number
3. Select the system in question
4. Click the renew certificates option
   
5. From there, you can download the new maintenance certificate and install in SLICENSE
